Delivery

1. Delivery charges If the order does not exceed £15.00 net, a delivery charge of £3.50 plus VAT will be made. Orders, from £15.01 to 100.00 net will be £10.00 plus VAT on 24 service, orders over £100.00 net will be delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK mainland. Orders outside UK mainland will be the subject of a delivery charge for which you should contact us for a quotation.

Delivery times We aim to deliver within 24 hours where stock is available if ordered before 2pm but please note it could take up to 3 to 5 working days . Normally delivery will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within 14 working days of your order, you have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. We shall not however be responsible for any other losses you suffer for late delivery. If you are not at home the driver will not leave the goods unless specific arrangements are agreed with us. If a second delivery attempt is made an additional £10.00 + vat charge will be incurred.
